Your privacy on mvtic.com

Who is responsible

This website is run by Vilmore Myers, trading as MVTIC, based in May Pen, Clarendon, Jamaica. For anything about your information, email info@mvtic.com.

What this website does not do

mvtic.com sets no cookies, uses no advertising or tracking tools, and does not build profiles of visitors.

If you use the contact form

We receive the name, email address and message you type. They are sent to MVTIC's inbox by email so we can reply. They are not stored in a database on this website, and we never sell or share them for marketing. We keep the email only as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up.

To keep out spam, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a check that tells people from bots without puzzles. It processes technical details such as your browser and IP address for that purpose only.

Hosting and security

The site is delivered and protected by Cloudflare, which processes standard request information (such as IP address and browser type) to serve pages and block attacks. SeeCloudflare's privacy policy.

Our other websites

Flourish Farms, Velqen, Kinetix and Duefam each have their own website and their own privacy notice, which apply when you use them.

Your rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You also have rights under Jamaica's Data Protection Act, 2020. Email info@mvtic.comand we will respond as soon as we can.
